Warm sun, cool toes, mushroom chicken, cute animal shows, a good beam and a mansion in a shower...

We had such a wonderful time in Panama City! The weather couldn't have been any better and the place couldn't have been any prettier! The pools were amazing with waterfalls every where and little bridges with gazebos! When we got there I ran outside on the balcony and let out a couple of breaths, pulled up my skirt a little so my legs would get some sun and it was like all my worries just melted away! The sun felt so good on my skin, I was so excited that I chose to finally paint my toenails after a long winter of slacking! That and shaving my legs were such good choices! lol. The beaches are so much prettier on the gulf side than the beaches around here and the sand is always stunning but I really loved it this time because it was so cool, and soft on my feet. I wanted to lay around in it and just roll around everywhere! I figured that would have really embarrassed Eve in front of her "gym friends" so I didn't.

We went out to eat that night with the team (all 50+ of them) to a really nice restaurant on the marina. It was stunning. The prices were too! WHOA!!! Eve wanted to ride the bus down with the team so we let her and we drove. That night she wanted to ride to the restaurant with the team as well, so they got there a little before us. She ordered her food all by herself. When it came she ran over to our table and said "something is wrong with my order, it's not right"! She had ordered off of the Adult menu (of course she did) and it had mushrooms, etc over the chicken.She was about to have a melt down because she is such a little drama queen when it comes to her food! (One day I am going to force feed her some good ole' Steak and make her eat it so she will see how good food can be!) Our nice waitress understood and let us re-order off of the children's menu. Thank God, because our food was high enough without ordering off the Adult menu!

We went Saturday after we checked out of our condo to the Gulf Marine Park. None of us had ever been to anything like that, it was soooo neat! The sea lion show was too cute and we ended up with a front row seat! The dolphins made a big splash with the girls but I liked the little bird show, especially when the parrot put out the fire in the doll house!!

Her meet was fun too. She scored her highest this season! 3rd on beam but boy is she getting close! Team got first place! We have two more meets left this season and then we are done until fall. (Competing that is) I enjoy meet season but I enjoy when it's over too. So does our wallets!

Jasy loved the trip and had such a good time! She really enjoyed the outside heated pools, the hot tub, the beach, but most of all she loved the shower in our condo! It was glass and it was huge so she just hung out in there most of the time while we were there and played like it was her house! Eve even played in Jasy's house with her some on Friday night. I told Jason that we needed one of those things so we could have some alone time every once in a while! I know...TMI!

How to become a Christian

You are not here by accident. Jesus loves you, and He wants you to have a personal relationship with Him. There is just one thing that separates you from God. That one thing is sin. People tend to divide themselves into groups-good people and bad people. But God say that every person that has ever lived is a sinner, and any sin separates us from God. That includes you and me.

"For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God." Romans 3:23

According to man's rules, people should be punished or rewarded according to how good they are, and it might be hard for you to understand how Jesus could love you when other people don't seem to. But I have great news for you! Jesus DOES love you! More than you can ever imagine! And there's nothing you can do to make him stop!Are you thinking that you should make things right in your life before you come to Jesus? Many people feel that way, but that's not what God says!"God demonstrates His own love for us in this:

While we were still sinners, Christ died for us." Romans 5:8

For you to come to God you have to get rid of your sin problem. But God says that you can't make yourself right with God by being a better person. God wants to save you just because he loves you!

"He saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of His mercy." Titus 3:5

It's God's grace that allows you to come to Him-not your efforts to "clean up your life" or work your way to Heaven. You can't earn it. It's a free gift.

"For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith-and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God-not by works, so that no one can boast." Ephesians 2:8-9

For you to come to God, your sin must be paid for. God's gift to you is His son, Jesus, who paid the debt for you.

"For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Jesus Christ our Lord." Romans 6:23

Jesus paid the price for your sin and mine by giving His life on the cross. God brought Jesus back from the dead and paved the way for you to have a personal relationship with Him through Jesus. All that's left your you to do is to accept the gift that Jesus is holding our for you right now."If you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.

" Romans 10:9-10God says that if you believe in His son, Jesus , you can live forever with Him in glory.

"For God so loved the world that He gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." John 3:16

Are you ready to accept the gift of eternal life that Jesus is offering you right now? If it is your sincere desire to ask Jesus to come into your heart as your personal Lord and Savior, then talk to God from your heart:

Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner and I do not deserve eternal life. But, I believe you died and rose from the grave to purchase a place in Heaven for me. Jesus, come into my life, take control of my life, forgive my sins and save me. I am now placing my trust in You alone for my salvation and I accept your free give of eternal life."If you have trust Jesus as your Lord and Savior, please let us know. Welcome to my blog. I am very new to this whole blog thing, so bear with me. I was inspired by a friend of mine to create a blog. She has touched me in so many ways with her heart warming posts and I know she has touched many others as well. I hope that I can touch others as she has touched me.

I am starting this blog with the intentions of posting what God is doing in our little family. We let him take the wheel of our life and we are enjoying the ride. We don't know where he is going to take our family, but we are sure thrilled to be on it.
